How can I place an order?

Choose your city, pick the product, select the quantity of the product that you would like and then prepare for the delivery process.

When can I expect the delivery?

Most of our deliveries are sent out on demand within one hour of placing the order. If you choose the same day delivery or next-day delivery you’ll be receiving a contact shortly after placing the order. We often will not deliver during peak hours under this delivery standard.

Will I receive updates on the status of my order?

Text notifications will be sent out when your order is getting close. Our drivers call on arrival to make sure that you can come out to meet them.

Can I modify my order?

You can make changes to your order prior to the checkout process but once the check out and delivery process has been completed you will not be able to modify your order.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver our products anywhere in Washington DC.

What if I live just outside of DC?

What is required for delivery?

We ask that you keep a valid photo ID and your phone close by after making a purchase.

Do I need to be 21+ to order?

We require all of our customers to be 21+.

What payment options do you take?

We accept all major credit cards as a payment option.

Can I tip my driver?

I tip is not required for any of our deliveries but it is fairly common for our customers to tip our drivers.

What’s the cost of the delivery fee?

The delivery fee on each order is a base five dollars.

What if I miss my delivery?

We can reschedule your delivery that there will be a five dollar redelivery fee applied to your order. We asked that once you make in order that you’re available for the next hour or during a nonpeak time that has been selected for your delivery.

What is the latest time that an on-demand order can be placed?

We stopped taking the on-demand orders at 9:50 PM daily.

How can I find out which product is best for me?
